Q. What our your store hours?

A. Our store hours are by appointment only. Please call 507-753-3039 to get a time. We are usually at dog shows vending on weekends so check out our events schedule to see if we are at a show near you. We are also happy to open up just for you. If you have a time you would like to drop by please contact us at 507-753-3039 and we would be happy to try and accommodate your requests.

Q. We have a favorite product we would like to by from you. Can you get it for us?
A. Yes. If we have access to it we are happy to order a special product in for you.

Q. How can I view that status of my order?

Q. How long before I can expect my order to ship.
A. Your order will ship out next day Monday - Friday for all in stock items unless you receive an email from us as to a different ship date.

Q. How old does my puppy have to be before I start them in classes.
A. Puppies must be 8 weeks of age and have all recommended shots per your veterinarian for the age your puppy is.

Q. When does your next class start.
A. Classes are scheduled approximately every 10 weeks. Please check our online schedule often as new classes are added frequently as need arises.
